Here you will be able to see some of the old Black Forest traditions: glas blowing and the production of the world-famous cuckoo-clocks. Nearby the "Hofgut Sternen" you can also visit the oldest church in the Black Forest - St. Oswald Chapel. You will have some time on your own to look around and/or have lunch (not included), before we hike back to Hinterzarten passing through the Ravenna gorge. In Hinterzarten we will get back on the train to Freiburg.

We are leaving Freiburg by coach passing through Glottertal, the highest elevated village in the Black Forest for the growing of grapes and thus production of wine. Glottertal is also well-known for the German TV series "The Black Forest Hospital" which was produced here. In St. Peter we will visit the baroque church of the monastery and will then continue our trip to Lake Titisee on one of the most panoramic routes of the Black Forest. In Titisee you will have the possibility to go on a boat ride (not included), a walk around the lake or to explore the shops and restaurants in the village. You will also have enough time to taste a real Black Forest Cake, if you want... We will leave Titisee around 5.30 p.m. to be at the Raimartihof, a typical black forest farm house and the Lake Feldsee at the bottom of the Feldberg, which is the highest mountain in the black forest. Here you will have the possibility to go for a walk either around the lake or to the top of the Feldberg. And there will be enough time to enjoy dinner in the Raimartihof. We will leave the Raimartihof around 8:00 p.m. and will be back to Freiburg at about 9:00 p.m.
